Return & Exchange Policy

  • Address Change

If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, please email us with your order number, the address that you use when you order, and the new address that you want to use now. We will see if it is possible to change it for you. If your package has been shipped out, you may need to contact the courier yourself. Cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched is subject to a 15% cancellation charge. Cancellation is not supported after an order has shipped.

  • Exchange and Return

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please submit a support ticket and provide pictures that clearly show the problem. We will check it and see if we could offer a full/partial refund or an exchange.

Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it may take up to 72 hours for processing. We will email you for confirmation when your return is processed. The funds might be returned in 7-10 working days after you receive the confirmation email. The customer may be responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

Situations listed below are not included in our Returned and Exchange Policy:

1. Damages caused by improper use and maintenance;

2. Subjective factors such as personal preference, taste, uncertain character, etc.

Customers are allowed to request an exchange or return in around 10 days after the product is received.
